Essentially it is a 5 day temporary support agreement that enables you to become an enhanced support client, supported by our three helpdesks.
Total e Solutions have been contacted by numerous System 21 Aurora users across the globe that have short term support requirements to help support their ERP due to unforeseen cirumstances. We have also been asjked to act as a contingency partner to ensure business continuity for System 21 Aurora day to day support.
